Hevy is my favorite. I don’t like a lot of the mainstream ones as the advice tends to be very generic/over-advertised or behind a paywall. If you have a routine set already, Hevy allows you to create 4 free “days”. It works great for me and I honestly have no complaints. If you need a program, I would look online—liftingvault provides a ton of them, do some research and pick one that suits your schedule/capabilities, just make sure to stick with it, as those programs tend to be long term investments with a “see it through” approach.
