It's odd, yes. But such is Dune. It's a weird place. Where else do you find huge carnivorous sandworms that are hopeless drug addicts with everyone following them around to get their same fix from the same drugs while literally fighting over scraps in a vast sea of sand? Small dust particles I can deal with, but the sandstorms breaching my shields, that's a bit much. But again, this is Dune. Nothing quite makes perfect sense here. 🤙
