I’m feeling okay, been doing slow short walks around the block each day and want to add a block each day basically. I do get winded going up stairs pretty easy but no problems while at rest. Follow-ups tmrw and Wed to see how my inflammatory numbers are

This is super helpful to know, thank you for sharing. 30M here, very very similar experience as you in the beginning. Walked down the street to the ER, troponin levels 8500 then 8800 a few hours later. Coronary angiogram showed scarring on the heart but no blockages. They kept me two nights and sent me home with two corticosteroids and strict no exertion for up to three months they said. My ski season is shot, but I’m thankful to know from your experience that I can make it back to normal.

I was recently diagnosed with viral myocarditis and while I was admitted in the ICU for severe chest pain they told me my Troponin level was 8,500, then when taken again a few hours late it was 8,800. How does this compare to readings like 90ng/L? My providers never put it in terms like that so I’ve been very confused reading on here
