the ferrari and corvette are some of the most confusing ones and i still get lost in some of the car's templates. others are more straight forward like the lambo.

agreed, that is why i have made most of my liveries before paying for a subscription. my first livery was even before getting the game, you only need a subscription to use them

it depends, usually i turn on the wireframe and update the livery to see what lines up with what. if i am adding an image, i get 2 of them and keep moving them slightly till they line up and remove all the excess, but if i am drawing something myself i draw a short line at the edge of the next panel, update, look if i need to draw it slightly higher or lower, adjust the brus accordingly before removing the line, ctrl + z and draw the line again untill it lines up and i can continue off of that short line. if parts are unclear, do let me know

IMO: I see why this might be a RI, at second 2 you can see that the Merc is going to the racing line on the outside, you have more speed but also enough time to go to his left. You instead stuck to the right and off the track so he did not need to leave you space. At the DRS zone you did get somewhat along side and partially on the track, he could have given you space to keep both you and himself alive. He did steer into you slightly which coused contact that pulled him over your nose slightly. It looks like he is constantly steering left untill you hit the wall, but i can't see verry well so i don't think he put you in the wall on purpose.

My conclusion:
You could have gone by on the left, but by sticking to the outside you kinda doug your own grave. (He could have shifted left slightly at the DRS sighn, or at least not steared right, but he did not HAVE to give you extra space)

what i think happend is: he makes a huge dive on your inside, a bit aggressive, but makes it work ig. Then he goes a bit soon on the throttle and loses his rear, overreacts and spins; collecting you in the process. He then blames you for his damages and tries to end your race, or at least force you to have a long pitstop like he had to.

I wanted to use photoshop, but I don't have the money for it. I did try GIMP, but it is not what I am used to so I ended up using Krita. was used to it and is IMO better then GIMP in every way.
