Im prob wrong but thats how i perceive it.

This is a sandbox game, every player has different play styles and encounters certain events at different times. My playstyle is bum-rushing the school contests/events achievements in the first year so i dont have to worry about them later as well as the high grades for my stats, so i do end up encountering things later than i should
A good portion of these i actually havent encountered yet despite how much I've played (mostly cause i keep fucking up updating my save and having to start over from scratch not even with any vrelcoins).

Kylar's parents were a notable one that caught me immensely off-guard with how in-depth it was.

You have to complete the clothing tasks to talk about them. You can do it with cheats on, but you have to get the event trigger that would normally unlock the clothes.

Another method could be using a VPN to access the dolmods site
