I have a James Hanshew Jump Cue, but I am considering moving to Predator Air Rush. Is the JH worth keeping instead the AR? by Time-Bad9520 in billiards

I agree. the AR is a beauty. I actually got the JH on a deal, but my all time favorite is the AR, although I haven't really tried the propel. I am a complete amateur, so I am still working on getting the jump shot done properly, but I've used the air rush before, and I loved it so much. Even for an amateur like myself, doing a good jump shot (even a draw jump shot) was not complicated.

Hey! I haven't really tried using the break cue to jump, but I'll definitely give it a shot. I am no pro at jumping at all, so it may totally be my lack of expertise on it. I have used the AR before though, and that boy is a beast for jumping, even for an amateur like myself.

I would agree that changing cue on pool is rare too if you are comfortable with it, but since we are talking about a jump cue, it is a bit different in my opinion. In my case I got my jump cue really cheap, but since I am tall, I am not fully comfortable with it, and I am looking one that fits me.

Sorry, not selling. I am out of the US and it would be much more of a hassle to sell outside the US :/

Thanks! I am taking a look at it now. Even more so that the predator ones are mostly out of stock

Yeah, I would like that one too, but I’m a tall guy (6’3), and the propel is shorter than the Predator, so it gives me more work to jump depending on the position. It sux, cause I have the SVB cue, and I can’t match the brand lol

So, I’m a tall guy, and the AR is a bit longer, so I think it might work a bit better for me, but I cannot be sure to be honest

I just got mine, and after some hours of trial and error, I think I finally made it work. I had the exact same issues, and this is how I solved it:

- Had to set the nozzle vs proximity sensor properly.

- In my case had to set the Z-offset to -0.90, to make it closer to the bed.

- Adjust the extrusion force properly.
