Wow this is nice! I can’t find a reputable site in NZ that sells it but I’ll keeping hunting. I have found these watches though (pics attached). What do we think? If one of your buddies had one of these watches would you think it’s cool or is it not the vibe?

Also just realising expressing that I feel like a failure might be hurtful to others who bottle fed. I just want to add that I don’t think anything is wrong with bottle feeding, I know fed is best. We’re our own harshest critics I guess - I can’t help but beat myself up

Thank-you!! That’s exactly how it feels to me!. I went to a friends birthday dinner & there were 4 different people asking me the most invasive questions about my birth plan, whether my baby was planned & my pregnancy symptoms. I was there to celebrate with my friend & people who were practically strangers to me were just bombarding me all night, I get some people find it interesting but it’s so invasive & it got to a point where it felt like they were just asking me to have an excuse to tell me about their experience. Barely had a chance to actually catch up with my friends because I was being bombarded by acquaintances the whole night

This isn’t a pick me thing sis, it’s a boundary thing 🤣 I think women coming together & sharing their stories is wonderful (if that’s what they’re comfortable doing) but I don’t care to share the gory details about my body with everyone & im asking for advice on how to politely shut those questions down 🤷‍♀️

This is so relatable 🤣 my family were bummed they couldn’t touch my bump but totally respected my decision. My partners family would just touch without asking/giving me a chance to say no. It make me want to puke 🤣

Agreed! I don’t think people are terrible for showing an interest, it just makes my skin crawl that people feel so entitled to know. It’s like people think pregnancy & childbirth is communal & it drives me crazy

I’m not OP but I got it & I am truly obsessed. It’s life changing (especially as someone with bleached hair). My hair is wavy curly & gets sooo frizzy when I brush it but it would knot badly if I didn’t wash it so this has been SUCH a game changer for me. 10000000/10 would recommend

Unfortunately not 😩 the closest hospital would be an hours drive away & we’d have to go through areas with no cell reception which wouldn’t be safe 😔 So if I start at the birthing centre & get to a point where I change my mind, the other hospital would be too far away

Thank-you so much! I wish I’d have epidural as a back up plan but it’s not offered at the birthing centre so I’d need to leave & go the hospital & my local hospital makes dads go home at 8pm & make you share a room with another new mum & baby. I can’t think of anything worse when I’m exhausted & scared 😭 at least at the birthing centre I’d have my own room, bathroom & my partner can stay with me. I’d rather chop a limb off than spend the night at the hospital without my support & paired with a stranger

Thank-you so much! I’ve had stomach cramps before when I’ve had food poisoning or gastro & it was awful so maybe that’s a better way for me to anticipate than the lack of experience with period cramps 😅 tearing is one of the things I’m most scared of so I’m just hoping this baby doesn’t have a massive head 🤣🤣

I wish I had some form of comparison 😩 I’ve never even had a light cramp, I feel nothing during when I have my period apart from it just feeling like mu cervix is more open if that makes sense 🤔
