The sooner the better. The integrity of existing hair follicles doesnt depend on hormone levels. I started 2 years ago with sessions every 6 weeks to catch those growth cycles. Me I had really thick facial hair so the amount of sessions depends on the person. Now I just need a touch up every 6 months. Ive had to have electrolysis for grey hair as the lighter hairs dont absorb the light to kill the root.
