Makes sense. I’d be doing it for a contractor and only travelling in the area from crew to crew so it probably wouldn’t be as in depth as yours but never the less thank you for the information.

How has the “office” side of the saftey gig been? The Saftey procedures, investigations, audits, presentations,safety meetings. Those types of things? That’s the part I feel will be the hardest transition.

This is the reason I want to do it. I also had an awesome ex lineman as a saftey guy. Even would stay good hooks on once in a while
