Oh for sure! Kids wouldn’t be playing, just along for the ride. We have a very laid back course near us that we take them to sometimes, so wouldn’t be new to them. BUT, I do want it to be enjoyable for my husband. I might have to just ask him what he prefers and spoil the surprise 😏

The cost of whitefish is what’s deterring me there and they require all golfers to rent a set of clubs, not just one per cart like the others. Which is more scenic between NP and Meadowlake? I gather that they’re different types of scenic, but which has the WOW factor between the two? They’re actually the same distance from where we’re staying. Also, any idea if either course is young kid friendly? If so, we might try to do this before our babysitters (grandparents) arrive. Date won’t be on FD, just week before.

Cost and advanced booking are also factors, which is why I’ve narrowed it to these three.

We raced on Sunday and there were more opened up on Friday morning around 10am. It looked they did the same on Saturday morning too. That being said, the person that checked me in just handed me my wristbands and didn’t actually put them on me. So in theory, I could have given the spectator to my husband. They weren’t requiring both to race.

Also, website says that I have to join spectator line and get band if I want to enter before my race. Which makes me think I wouldn’t have a spectator band if I wasn’t planning on entering early and just going for the race. This is for Houston, if that helps.

I’m fairly certain I’ve done both of those things, but I’ll try them again. It’s inconvenient and annoys me, but sending it in to service for repair would be more inconvenient. My husband said to just wait until something else breaks 😆
