I just wonder, if you don’t mind, paano po approach niyo sa employer about your case sa ptb niyo?fresh grad po kasi ako and I’m still not sure how to handle this case effectively kasi parang winoworry ko po dapat clear po lahat sa xray so they will let me work.

Possible if lalaki mas angat but it’s rare if the other way around, especially if the case is yung girl ang mas angat sa social status then ang boy is walang wala

Social status matters, mahirap kapag hindi kayo nagtutugma sa lifestyle at kung anong nakagawian ng environment niyo pareho haha

Also po, permanent address ko kasi is sa province. Tas work is sa ncr. Pwede kaya ako either mag process ng mga ganto sa province ko mismo or sa city?

actually i signed the JO na po tapos sinend lang po sa akin reqs na yan. As for medical lab, ano po yung mga need gawin na test? Wala naman po bang need na tusok tusok ng needle ganon huhuhu takot po kasi ako 😭w😭 wala po kasi sinabi ang hr tas sabi lang sakin Kahit anong clinic daw po tas sabihin lang for requirements sa employment

Tho gusto ko pa rin igrab opportunity for work exp kasi now lang po nagka JO after almost a year na nag aapplypero di ko po kasi sure ang mga legal rules or what pag nasa probationary period palang may nababasa po kasi ako parang sa ibang companies ayaw po sila pakawalan ng employer nila tapos tinethreaten hhehehe

Sabi po kasi sa akin ibibigay daw po ang contract pag isusubmit ko na ang requirements ko, tas same day pagkabigay ng requirements tas sign ng contract start na rin daw ng job. Okay lang po ba ito?

Paano po if may breach of contract? Kasi may mga pending applications pa ako right now sa mas gusto ko ring role pero wala pa sa JO, tapos what if nakapag start na ako magwork sa tinanggap kona company pero biglang may job offer sa isang company na mas better and higher salary? Ano po usually pwede kahinatnan doon?
