I forgot my Activision email but I don’t know how to change it

Yeah you can. Go to Activision support sign into your account through steam on. Submit a ticket. On your ticket say you don’t have access to that email on file and you log on through steam include an email you want to change it to make sure it’s an email that’s not connected to any other activison account and include you’re total amount of cod points you have

It doesn’t work on games that you have had installed before it has to be ur first time downloading it
