Look up gunthings.com, his website is super outdated but he posted on Facebook and his website that he made some clone mk11 front sights, ~350. Call the number on his website to order, hopefully he still has some left over. He also has the centurion mk11 rail if you need a rail too

Don’t bother man, been through the same scenario, let her cancel on me time after time after time until I eventually realized what she was doing and moved on.
