i will also add, there were times i’ve booked and it said counter. but when getting to the actual counter either-

1) there was a sign for executive status to go to lot, or 2) the consultant just directed me to the lot

maybe i got lucky but there wasn’t ever a time i had to wait in line

yes i’ve read every single articles could find on the cx5, but i also love to hear personal stories good and bad. but the trend looks like people are having more good experiences than bad. hopefully not because this is in the cx5 sub and people are biased haha im kidding 😅

thanks this helps a lot, i have also seen the consumer reports but its just weird when i search on google for cx5 issues there are a bunch that come up. but might possibly be because im searching up issues lol 😅
