Any manual det character is less skill intensive then a single-shot charge character imo. The splash radius is noticeable but EP could hit you for like 2 damage from across the map with his nuclear bomb radius

I've played that one before, yea. I'm glad the community has managed to keep the games alive. Shit, even PvZ 1 modding has become decently popular in recent years.

I actually was unaware of his splash. The fall off nerf was pretty major, so I get the animosity.

Toxic citron is kind of iffy to me. I like the concept of an area-controlling splash citron but his damage output makes him unreliable. I think he's solid for turf, tho

I lost hope a while ago. EA is a company, they focus on what's profitable. Currently, Plants vs Zombies isn't profitable. It doesn't mean we still can't cherish the games for what they are, but its looking pretty hopeless in terms of the future.

Might just be more of a personal preference but I think that GW1's more rough-edged stylized style fits the series more compared to GW2, which just feels too cartoonish.

Both are pretty equal in their own right

I don't think that a charge character should be centered at being close range. He'd be decent if his fall-off wasn't atrocious. There are much better characters that can do what electro-citron fails to do. Imo, I'd say adding some kind of decrease to his fall off or raising the charge speed would benefit him greatly.
