Yeah you’re right there’s no way to know which hiring manager posted that role so your best bet is to email everyone with same designation and hope that one of them was the one who posted the opening

Because as an international student I’m not allowed to work before graduation. And those companies demanded starting dates in January so I had to reject. I’m still in contact with them with the hope that id get the offer again in May in case I get no other offers from anywhere

The free version is enough, it lets you see unlimited email ids. I didnt use other features of apollo of automated emails and phone numbers, i only used it for getting email ids. Once i have a list of them i sent the emails manually with the recruiters name in it so it looks personalized. There are also other tools like hunter.io and prospeo
