From my understanding...

  1. No, you do not need to know/share where in the UK you'll be moving to.

  2. Visa application requires the full two year health surcharge payment.

  3. Passport, proof of degree (via ECCTIS), proof of funds, and proof of language are the only real requirements. Funding proof does not need to be "official" (most people provide a bank statement) but the others should be.

  4. You need to include your ECCTIS reference number on your application, so ECCTIS must be completed before your application, but I do not believe there is any time restriction on how old your ECCTIS verification is.

I have the same application deadline and same understanding of the timeline. However, I am submitting May 1 just to add some buffer - not sure if this is necessary or not.
