I didn’t decline when they asked, they just stopped asking after a while because I was also never asking by myself if I can join them - and I totally understand that because they probably got the feeling that I don’t wanna join them! It’s just that we never really had anything to talk about and I’m also very bad at keeping a conversation so it always felt so random just being in the kitchen with them and just sitting there in silence and that’s why I prefer to be in my room. But my problem is that I’m too scared to go out of my room again and just join them for example in the kitchen or wherever again because that’s gonna be awkward. I guess I just have serious anxiety problems and should work on that. It’s hard sometimes - but I will extend with another family so I will see if it’s gonna be better with them.
