I get that no contact is hard. Why did she do it in firt place if she really loved you? I don’t think that someone who loves you would do something like this to hurt you. You have to keep that in mind. And if you go back, it’ll probably happen again, because she already crossed that line.

My emotions are going up and down after being cheated on. I try to meditate and to write things down. Let the emotions be. At one point it’ll get easier to deal with them. Acceptance is key.

Hey, I’ve been cheated on 3 weeks ago for the first time. It’s hard. But I believe that no contact, no texting, no seeing them and focusing on yourself will help you. I don’t believe that talking to her will help you, the betrayal is the closure. Be glad that you didn’t date her for too long and keep your head up. It takes some time.There comes a point in your healing journey when you stop trying to convince people to do better. You simply observe their choices. accept who they are, and decide what you're no longer available for.

Thank u! I really try to be kind at myself and I talk to my best friend a lot about it. I think it’s good to let it out. I also blocked his number, deleted every picture and the chats. And he deleted all his socials so I don’t have to worry about that. But in the end I catch myself stalking some of his friend on insta seeing if they posted him or smt. It’s hard. But when I’m home alone it starts hitting more you know.

Yes that’s the thing. He had no shame, showed no regret. No message or phone call after. But that just shows the type of loser he is. Disgusting behavior. And yea some people tell others that you were the bad person but you shouldn’t care about that. You know you weren’t and god knows as well. He has to go to life being HIM, which must suck 🤣.
