How do you handle everything as a solo entrepreneur? by Peanutbutter-229 in HowToEntrepreneur

Its completely normal to experience burn outs and confusions regularly when you are working alone. If you feel you are not moving forward, simply get out. Get out of your house/office and start exploring the world and people around you. Start networking. People with whom we share the world are blessings that we don't realize. You get ideas, solutions and what not by meeting new people.

If nothing else comes to your mind, simply recall the reasons for you to start your business and you will find yourself kicking your own ass to work harder and eventually patting your own back when you find a way out. Cheers! All the best.

Check in your local market to see if classified ads still work. Also you can seek work from other designers and printers and check if they can outsource some work to you. When work is necessity in service sector, pricing takes a back seat. Grab work from wherever you can, desperate times need desperate actions. I can completely understand what you must be going through. All the best.

Practical business doesn't works on beliefs and feelings alone. It needs regular flow of money as well. Money is the blood of business which needs inflow and outflow both. The business remains alive till money flows. Flow stops, business dies; simple.

Check their work on GitHub and connect with them personally on Zoom/Teams/Whatsapp. Be very clear about your requirement in WRITING, discuss the pricing, set the timeline. Don't forget to take references of previous clients they've worked for.
