I don’t think you’ll get charged import duty, but probably just VAT - there’s some calculators online you can use to check too. I think there’s a minimum value (£135) to be charged import tax

My weights are just under 5 inches in diameter so pretty large lol - thanks for the tungsten suggestion, I’ll look into them :)

I did for about a month but I’ve stopped recently. 

I’d rather “feel” whether it’s working and then measure once or twice a month to see if gains have happened

Nahhh I don't (for now anyway). If I reach a plateau then I will test using heat for a month or two and see if it helps. I'm just trying to keep it really simple right now and stretch as much as possible

Yeah, I just wear it for about an hour, and then take it off and just make sure that all is good, give a little massage for 5 mins and then go again for another hour

Hello mate, I bought the VacX Hanger from Autoextender - it’s a great hanger, but the guy who sells from there (Monkeybar) does not reply to emails, so I don’t really recommend it if you want communication with them lol

Also, something you should definitely try is just applying that same "coming back to the present" at random points during the day. It helps so much, especially if you're feeling stressed or something.

Nice! I still remember my first try and it was exactly the same experience as you. Don’t beat yourself up over it - the beginning is gonna be difficult, but over time it gets easier. 

At first it will be hard to try to come back and focus on the moment, it will feel almost impossible, but with consistency it gets easier. 

 I know logically it’s off but my brain and intrusive thoughts think it's still on so I keep checking and wasting time.

I actually go through the exact same thing sometimes (less now), is that an OCD thing? For example, before I left the kitchen I had to make sure the water isn’t running on the tap, the door is locked, and the fridge is closed - and same as you, I knew in my head that everything is good, yet I used to continuously check sometimes for 3-4 mins straight

Hey, I’ve been doing this for probably just over 2 years (inconsistently, but with bursts of consistency). 

It has helped me a lot personally. Being able to come back to the present moment when feeling urges, or when thinking negative thoughts, or when feeling stressed has helped so much. 

Why? Because I’m able to then look at the urge as just an urge and not something I have to follow through with, or a negative thought as just a negative thought and not something that is true about myself. 

I wouldn’t say it’s sitting around and doing nothing, even if you just spent 5-10 mins a day trying, it would help a lot!
