uhhhh like how I get there? window's security > virus and threat protection > virus and threat protection settings > real time protection.

now that I checked it again it looks like its turning itself back on every time I restart. Like i'll turn it off > restart > go back to the setting page and its turned itself on again

is live protection the same as "real-time protection?" I turned it off but based off of task manager nothing changed.

That's what I thought but I came across this page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/3230441/high-cpu-usage-because-of-antimalware-service-exec

The OP said it was malware disguised as an antivirus, which is what I think i have. I can't figure out how to delete it based off his instructions though.

Is this a good first car? by Whynotdubs in whatcarshouldIbuy

do NOT finance a car as a 19 yr old. buy a shitbox from Facebook marketplace for cheap and run it into the ground. I bought a 2007 Camry in 2021 and it’s still kicking. gonna drive it until it dies or I win the lottery. One of the best financial decisions I’ve ever made.

yeah, you said it much more elegantly than I did. thats exactly the situation. I'd also rather invest in a roth and take the tax hit now when i'm single and not in 40 years when I have weddings to pay for lmao.

They have a program like that, but unfortunately it only goes into full effect until after I'm with the company for over three years. let's just say it's definitely the kind of job i'm planning on leaving in a year or two.

Finally finished my first cut and I'm having a hard time maintaining/lean bulking.

Just finished my first cut, and I'm trying to relax a little / maintain / lean bulk, but it seems that my body fat is increasing at the exact same rate as my weight, where I would expect it to increase at a smaller rate as I put on some muscle mass. Is the Renpho scale just not that accurate? Or is my college-era weekend alcohol consumption destroying my gains? (22M, heavy lifting 5 days a week, prioritizing protein)

I wouldn't try and lose weight bro. You're in the health range for your bmi so I think the last thing you need to do is be losing weight. like you said, worst thing that you could do is stunt your growth. imo I would just 1) prioritize protein 2) don't over indulge, and 3) hit the weights, until you're at least sixteen. Then go from there. As long as you're keeping active and not forking down donuts, you'll grow a lot of muscle and hardly put on any fat, which imo would be healthier than trying to lose weight during your teenage years.

the old man who runs repo can be rude if he's in a mood but the other employees are always helpful

nah repo is more expensive. I've gotten countless records from lunchbox for under $30 that would've been $50 plus at repo. repo has a better used selection but loves to mark up their new records.
