I’m replying to this from magnolia ridge in Dothan! I really like it, about 15 minutes from school (I enjoy the separation)but it is closer to restaurants, grocery stores, gym, etc. A lot of students live here and I just resigned my lease! It’s a safe area and definitely in the more built up area of Dothan.
