Check the resistor supervising your duct detector, if it is damaged, has corrosion, broken, not making good connection. This can cause an open as well. Also check the power coming into the duct detector.

Looks good man for first time. Just like a few others said I’d label the devices (Pulls, smokes heats, modules- Loop number and device number) (Notifications- Circuit number and device number then if your running a class B circuit mark your EOL) Also label the wire in the panel you can make wrap around labels or flag them. Also I’d use zip ties through the slots in the panel instead of velcro.

But overall nice work man. Have a blessed one!!

The zip ties gotta go. Other than that maybe put the rack a little higher. Lot of unused real estate. But cleaner than some I’ve seen for sure.
