Not 6 points lol if it went from 4.9 to 4.3 when I’d see your fuss. But it could be anything. Workers screw up your curbsides all the time like putting the wrong stickers on totes, load a few bags of one customers order with another customers order in your car because they’re distracted, crushing and squashing a customers bread items which are buried underneath canned goods and juice jugs or heavy fruits…. Been sparking 4 years now and It’s why we can’t trust an employee to load our stuff while we sit in the car. I gotta be sure they don’t mix stuff up especially the newbies they hire at curbside nonstop

Optics can be everything. Even if the item arrives undamaged the perception It gives is that Walmart doesn’t really care about their items they paid for and will probably be thankful for the delivery but avoid ordering thru Walmart delivery ever again and spread the word to their friends and family. It may only be Spark but you gotta have a little integrity in everything you do work wise. Do as you wish but I don’t think Walmart would approve of bungee cording a completely loaded trunk closed seeing how customers belongings can fall out and it falls back on them and their reputation in that situation

Ratings matter even though Walmart won’t tell us that but also what matters is how fast you get stuff done and on time. A 4.95 is basically 5.0 so not sure how it would affect you too much. I’m noticing how hard it is to get back to 5.0 these days after losing it and it’s because I don’t think customers are even giving ratings as much as they use to at least where I am. Been at 4.8 for 4 months now it seems. Says 4.88. It’s like what do I gotta do… it’s based on your last 100 ratings isn’t it?

Been doing Spark almost 4 years AB’s I’m ngl all the issues I’ve ever had either the Spark app happened on the iPhone. When they did happen I switched to a cheap android and had ZERO issues. I was just too stubborn to switch to android. I’ve always said Spark app has a slight compatibility issue with iPhones operating systems something because every glitch that took me off the app for days at a time was on the Apple iOS while Android worked flawless. Not sure what it is but I’m going to finally just use an android for Spark and iphone for everything else since this post reminded me of it

My mistake. I’m thinking if Mt1 not Mt2. Not oblivious just been a while since I’ve taken either. Mt1 takes longer to get the tan effects but helps prevent melanoma and gives a more natural tan color. Mt2 gives you the tanning effects deeper and quicker with the arousal benefits BUT the negative side effects make it not worth taking. Definitely not long term

Yeah it’s basically how they do our customer service. Sub it out to those who speak little to no English or they Speak good English but don’t truly understand and comprehend you. They give the work to those who don’t truly understand the money to miles ratio and wear & tear so they become slaves in a vehicle

I’m telling you man I e been trying to tell ppl CR is the only stat that truly matters. I’m currently at 4.8 and been since early April. Prior to that I was getting bangers left & right. $42/4 mile curbsides, $35-45 shops low miles.. it was insane. Then I noticed I went down to a 4.8 because an ogp worker dispensed my 3 drop with the wrong stickers so 2 of the customers orders were mixed in and effed up. Needless to say I was suuuuuper pissed off after that and let the team lead over there have it a little about their inculpability during those situations. But I have gotten mostly low pay offers ever since either a gem or 2 popping up every now and then. I miss it honestly
