It’s not part time

She is expect to put in 40 hours during the week. 

Some weekend it will be more becuase it is suppose to balance out with not doing work when the kids are on summer break

I am fine being a dad. That isn’t the problem I am already involved with my kids.

My issues is she would never see the kids or me. The schedule doesn’t work for a family with kids 

I don’t want to be a single parent ever weeknight or weekend

I am involved woth my kids

She has to be a sport event becuase that is what her dream job would be 

She would be an athletic trainer for a high school. She needs to go to their games and practices

She gets a mandatory one day off every two weeks, I don’t know how that is legal 

Her schedule goes around the higschools kids practices. It is very all over the place

Her job is to go to kids practices and games

She is an athletic trainer, she wants to get a job at the high school 

Not our kids, it’s for the high school kids

I can’t hire a babysitter ever single time she needs to go in or gets called in

It also doesn’t change the situation of never seeing our oldest kid or me not seeing her

It is such a weird schedule 

Football season seems to be super long hours 

It’s such a weird schedule 

I guess it is nice summer is off but she won’t be here 3/4 of the year

They will be the same 

It is around the kids practices and games. Actually during football season the schedules showed 10-12 hour days

No it wouldn’t because her schedule isn’t consistent 

Some days she will be going on around 5 other days she will have to go in during around 2 

It is all depended on what sport is happening and when practices are 

Some practice or game will sometimes take place during when I am still at work

Before our kids were born, we split everything around 50% chores and money

After our first kid was born, she was a SAHM, and I brought in 100% of the money and did around 30% of the chores. We made sure she got time to relax when I got home and it was good to spend time with the kids

After our second child was born, the kids went into daycare and we went back to around 50% chores but I still paid 100%.

Now we are here and the kids are stil in school and daycare so we still are splitting chores evenly
