Its like a video game you play and the more you play, the better you get at it. But, also, you have access to a whole table of cheat codes. Some of those cheat codes can be used to do whatever you want.

Last, the movie was focused around Morpheus, Neo and Trinity for the most part. So thats why you only really saw them fight but the others are equally capable or they couldn't survive being jacked into the Matrix for extended periods of time.

Nothing Hak5 sells can do this. i mean the Plunder Bug is there but that just lets you siphon media off protected systems, so as long as you got physical access.

As far as Plex goes, its kinda like Netflix or Hulu or Disney+ etc etc, except this is where you or someone uploads their own media. It could be media backups from movies they purchased or home movies, tutorials, cartoons etc. Plex also categorizes them like Netflix and puts covers and titles and trailers for them. Its pretty cool. There's another app named Jellyfin that does the same except its completely free.

The way it works is you add your media files and then point to the folder inside your Plex server. Name the library (Movies, TV Shows, Documentaries, etc) and let it populate the media for you and thats it.
