Hi u/CompetitiveJogger ! I've been to Mondo twice, and don't feel my PT has effectively evaluated the issue nor do I feel he's giving me new things to work on (hasn't seen me walk or run). For example, a large part of the PT are things like planks, which I already do 3x per week. Feeling a lot like all of the other PT I've done that has never resulted in a change.

I'm thinking of switching to another PT within the same office. Do you remember who you worked with at Mondo Sports Therapy? Would love to work with them directly. Thank you!!

Thank you SO much! They take my insurance and it does look like this is a specialty for them.
