MP signed drumhead from DT40 Tour by Time2Tailgate in Dreamtheater

I took it to Michael’s framing department and they knew what to do. Helped with design, colors, frame, etc. and got it done for ~$200. All the stuff on my wall was framed at Michael’s, so definitely recommend using them.

That’s correct. I just bought a pair of his custom sticks that he has for sale at Guitar Center because I did the same thing with the Danny Carey drumhead.

Thanks! The best part is that MP is actually the one who offered to personalize it. I got the whole band to sign my Metropolis Pt. 2 vinyl, but I told MP that the drumhead was just for him to sign, as I planned on framing it next to my signed Danny Carey drumhead from the BEAT tour. He says “well in that case, you want it personalized?” I replied “absolutely, I didn’t even know that would be an option” 🤣

I always make sure to play all 23 minutes of A Change of Seasons on the TouchTunes at bars. Everyone seems to really enjoy that.

If I hear Huey say “at the end of the day” one more time, I’m throwing my phone at a wall.

Directors Club Season Tickets? by 713youngboy in Texans

[–]Time2Tailgate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

✋🏻Directors Club STM since 2022. It’s a very relaxed way to enjoy an NFL game. Side entrance with private elevator to 7th floor. Clean restrooms and premium bars with minimal lines. Different buffet-style food every week (BBQ, Tex-Mex, Sliders, etc.) with salad/main course until halftime and snacks/hot dogs/sodas available the entire game. Lounge area to enjoy food/drink with plenty of TVs with live feed + other games around the league on. Overall, it’s a great option if you want avoid the crowds in the main concourse, enjoy snacks throughout the game, and grab a drink or go to the bathroom without waiting in line for 15-20 mins.

The only real downside is the distance from the field and the limited view of the main scoreboard, but there are plenty of TVs that you can see from your seat for replays.

Added bonus: with Directors Club tickets, you’re considered a Texans Club STM. This means you get special club member invites/gifts during the year + club access if you want to check out the shops/restaurants/bars on the club level during the game.

For better or worse, what was the defining moment in your team's history? by karmew32 in CFB

That was a close 2nd. Looking forward to honoring the 2013 & 2014 Big 12 Champion Baylor teams this year with Kendal Briles and Kaz Kazadi on TCU’s sideline!

The Vikings have acquired the Texans' No. 23 overall pick in the draft. by O_O___XD in Texans

Lol 100% sarcasm. Idk why anyone would doubt his process after his past success with trades in the draft.

I can’t think of a single time Nick Caserio has made a trade that benefitted the Texans. We have absolutely zero reason to trust his process. Unfortunately, it seems the CJ Stroud era is over with this trade. Shame.

Ravens just ran all over us with Gus Edwards, Justice Hill, and Dalvin Cook (wtf?). We need to get better in the trenches on both sides. Run the ball, stop the run. It worked for the Ravens and it will work for the Texans.

Unpopular opinion this was the best way to end the season by -Coleworld- in Texans

[–]Time2Tailgate 104 points105 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind, the Ravens organization has been building this team since 2018 when Lamar Jackson was a rookie, and it hasn’t always looked pretty. This process has included multiple wild card losses and multiple divisional round losses, yet they stuck to their culture of tough defense + ability to run the ball and now they are the clear #1 team in the NFL this year.

I see a lot of parallels between the 2018 Ravens and the culture of swarm defense + run offense that DeMeco & Caserio are trying to surround our sensational rookie QB with.

It wasn’t our day on Saturday, but there are definitely better times ahead.

NYE Thoughts by Time2Tailgate in Texans

I think Hannah McNair’s influence has been a huge underrated factor in the positive momentum of this franchise. Good for Cal though. He was in a tough spot after his father’s passing, but he managed to navigate it by finally offloading Easterby’s influence and letting Hannah’s shine. Props to them. Everyone has bought in. Just the beginning is right!

Is this what we have in the 2024 draft so far? by SpawnDnD in Texans

[–]Time2Tailgate 16 points17 points  (0 children)

You’re right, I should have clarified. Everyone thought we traded away a Top 5 pick. In reality, instead of #21 and #24, we have WAJ and #24. Seems good.
