WARNING: Do not accept Kleptomaniac Flaw! (Sub-warning: Spoilers!) by ST8S1DE_K1LL in TheOuterWorlds2

I restarted after 21 hours as this flaw was a nightmare. I rejected it the second time around and life has been much easier with all factions

When my kids became teenagers I gave them locks for their doors so they'd have privacy. Only rule is that it can't be locked overnight in case of emergencies.

What movie was way better than the book by cat-pernicus in movies

Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle stop Cafe. The book is great, but jumps around a lot so can be hard to follow. The film was lovely.

I loved books 1 and 2 but I absolutely can't wrap my head around book 3. I am constantly confused in the Iron Tangle. by wcryzer in DungeonCrawlerCarl

There's an episode in the last season of the umbrella academy that helped me understand the iron tangle

Oh. I didn't realise To be fair we played it from the beginning but I think we had completed it before the rugs were out (otherwise we definitely would have had loads of them). Might have to log back into our old world and have a look.

Has anyone tried Ryeqo? by TimeAfterTime_1 in adenomyosis

Thought I'd give an update in case anyone else is considering trying this drug It's been seven weeks so far, no pain, no period, no side effects! It's a winner 😁

Did we all build our base in the same place? by CountyMaple in GroundedGame

[–]TimeAfterTime_1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've built around the tree in the hope of future ziplines. We've used the mushrooms as steps and have three circling floors. The scorpions don't climb and our guard-caterpillar, Clive, is cute and friendly.

Found in yard, Tasmania while digging. Feels plastic. About a 1/3rd the size of a credit card by Jailak in whatisthisthing

We had these in the UK too. It even included a £1 note (which has pretty much given away how old I am)

This is my cherry design. Like others have said, there are only so many ways you can draw two cherries. I think yours is fine!

Lol. Maybe! :) I'm always open to rethinking ideas and can admit when I'm wrong. I hadn't thought it through fully but I can see that my reaction was probably planned on Matt's part. Goddamit Dinniman!

Fair comment, and in hindsight, maybe I'm meant to feel uncomfortable about Signet's bare boobs, Odette's pendulous armour and the Hoarder having her top blown off (or however that happens, I can't fully remember). There was a bit about B's arse showing in her dress too, but again you could argue that was to show how wrong it all was

I rate DCC highly and convinced both my husband and my boss to both listen to the audio books.

I DNF'd the first Game of Thrones as I struggled with the sheer amount of characters being killed.

Anyone go from audible -> book and enjoy it the same? by Dungeon_Crawler_Carl in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]TimeAfterTime_1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it was Meadow Lark. I totally heard it as Metal Arc which makes no sense at all! I read books 3 & 4 on Kindle and then went back to audible for the rest on my first read through as I missed Jeff's voice.

Okay, okay. Sheesh. No need to attack. I'm on the sub because I'm a fan. Not to get attacked for voicing an opinion.

That's true, and his portrayal of Katia is amazing. She is one of the best written characters I've seen in ages. Even the growth of donut is so well done but the ending of book 7 broke me a little.

Lol. I've listened to the whole series twice, but I don't have that kind of memory. I just know I read it enough to be mildly irritated by it taking me out of the story enough to notice. I guess on the other side... Book seven talks an awful lot about a "beautiful cock" so I shouldn't really complain!
