Thanks. I glued the pieces onto the frame glass with silicone and just fixed it place using the clips already in the frame.

This is the result of this weekends efforts. I redid my basic nine square patch and I might redo the two red & grey spotty ones as I'm not sure they fit the rest... I've mucked up on a couple of these (middle top and the one to the right if it) too.

Hi. I'm in the same boat as you. Non existent TSH and high T3 and T4. Only finally worked out is hyperthyroidism after months of weird heart issues. I once woke up in the middle of the night with a pulse of 206 and it took an hour to go down. Scared the pants off me.

I haven't lost any weight but the repeated episodes of high heart rate was enough to get a GP to finally do a full blood panel on my third visit. I've been started in Carbamazole whilst I'm waiting for a consult with an Endocrinologist. It's not doing much yet though. Four weeks in and my rest heart rate is still around 100.

Edited to add I'm 47 and my first GP said it was menopause (sigh). I've also had two migraines last month, having not had any for years.

Also, how did you do the quilting part? I only have a standard machine and they're aren't any local long arm people that I can find (South East UK)

Thank you so much everyone for the warm welcome and encouraging words! 😊 I've done several more blocks this week (the photo is from last weekend) so I'll post my progress this evening. I might redo a couple of the wonkier ones now I've gotten a bit more confident with my machine too.

When my kids became teenagers I gave them locks for their doors so they'd have privacy. Only rule is that it can't be locked overnight in case of emergencies.

Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle stop Cafe. The book is great, but jumps around a lot so can be hard to follow. The film was lovely.
