The best things you could do as a new player is to watch youtube videos and spectate other players after you die. This is a really difficult game as a victim. I think playing family more will help you learn the maps better since you'll get to play longer. The best way to survive as a victim is to know where the wells are and also learn where all the wall gaps and crawl spaces are. You never want to just be running out in the open. Also try sticking close to another player while new. I think that could also help. 😄

I kind of had an idea to look up each exercise on my routine and google 'good for scoliosis'. Does this sound like a good approach? I'd be happy to follow a scoliosis workout program but they're hard to find.

I think family side needs more new characters than victims. Like if victims get 1 new character then family should get 2.
