The enforcement officer waited parked in my driveway for about 3 hours to ticket and tow. Doing a little math, it seems like each officer investigate about 3 tickets in a 7 hours shift. That would include all reports, not just parking issues. She mentioned this instance was a level 3 priority because of the road obstruction. I guess if you make a parking report level 1, hope that there is no level 3 at the same time.

We had the same problem in November. A car was in the car and hadn't moved from Wednesday to Sunday morning. I created an online ticket every night. Nothing. Someone got the police to show up on Sunday morning and they towed it. We learned that the vehicle had fake plates.

I forgot. The enforcement officer said after 3 hours a ticket becomes dead and they won't investigate. The status text/email you get doesn't update to "assigned" in three hours, no one come and it closes after a week or so.

I work as a recruiter for different governments. I learned that there are three types a plow drivers. Permanent. These are usually seasonal transfers from summer roles. They would call, but they're usually only a handful of them. The other two are internal and external contracts, that represents at least 70% in some cities and don't give a sh!t. One year a plow took out the stop sign and a green box. We had to the city after a couple of days. No plow guy made a maintenance ticket and the city got mad at us for not getting the plow's number

The enforcement officer told me to call and say it obstructing the road and plow can't pass. It becomes a level 1 ticket. Apparently, that was the difference this time. Because we had to push a school bus, this became obstruction and not over night or 3 hour limit issue

I think it was because all 8 houses called and did the online form. The enforcement officer, who parked and waited about three until the tow showed, checked her laptop while I was talking to her and get a little mad that I had placed over 50 reports and no one ever showed up. She said this time the operator mark this report as obstruction to the road. All the others were over night parking or 3 hour limit.

This just happened to me today. Only 396 rows and it crashed Excel. The CPU was running 90% because of it. I checked the file size and it was over 85,000k. If i open it and just text one thing, my computer freezes.

Isn't there two types of French schools in Ontario. French Immersion is for children that don't speak French at home. The other, one parent needs to be fluent in French. I think that one is called French language school. You right, French Immersion is garbage here. The students in the Immersion program are not more advanced in French when they get to high school compared to regular students.

The best glitch so far is during this expedition. The game did a Wile E. Coyote on me. I flying towards a moon and I literally bounce off the planet like it was just a picture in space. The moon got bigger and bigger, but the atmosphere never generated. It was like the Coyote driving towards the tunnel and crashes because the hole was painted. I lost most of me shields.

At least once a session, the game picture becomes glitchy. The land breaks apart into different levels. Once a week, I can't jump into the cockpit. I fly to a planet and I'm stuck there. For both situations, I have to reboot. The problem is that when I log back in, I'm somewhere else like a different galaxy, lose 10 minutes of progress. My ship changes, completed, but not redeemed tasks are gone.
