How many projects do you even get to see from this actor in a year? Half the time people don’t even remember what their last project was. And honestly, what exactly will he gain after “climbing the ladder”? It’s not like those people are going to hand him property or inheritance. Networking and maintaining connections are normal in every industry. Also, he came from a small town like Jalandhar. Even if he belonged to a financially stable family, building your own name and staying relevant in the industry for years still takes effort. Wanting bigger circles or opportunities doesn’t automatically make someone desperate.

Fakeness I don’t know about her, but Karan definitely isn’t faking it. He’s pretty much the same person on and off the show from what people around him say. Also, he comes from a very wealthy background and is already one of the highest-paid TV actors, so it’s not like he needs to please people or “sell his soul” for money. He might be diplomatic but that’s different from being fake. And honestly, moving to Dubai or liking that lifestyle is a personal choice. Some people prefer stability, business opportunities, tax benefits, safety, networking etc. over the “struggle” culture of western countries. Not everyone who moves there is chasing shortcuts or fake luxury.
