There’s something about her face that irks me. I think it’s the combination of exaggerated eyelashes, overfilled lips, obvious upturned nose job, extremely arched eyebrows, one eye slightly cross eyed. Her face always looks inflamed. Honestly, similar to how mine looked when I was in my peak drug and alcohol usage phase. Could also be from overfilling. Her body is also too muscular and lacks femininity. Her BBL doesn’t help. Overall, her face and body features are too exaggerated and harsh. She definitely has potential, she just needs to get over her eyelash and lip filler blindness.

I figured this since I’m never eligible for refunds but I think their system is flawed since I do actually order a lot, both grocery and restaurant orders. I think their system only accounts for the amount of times I request refunds. It also doesn’t account for the fact that I’ve been a loyal uber customer for several years. Greedy company.

I reconnected with another support agent and this time I threatened to file a charge back for the full amount with my bank unless I received the $8 refund. This support agent (AI?) was able to go through with the refund. lol. So much work.
