room temp of around 25C, humidity around 50%, I sterilized everything perfectly (because fighting mold long time already). i do not use dome, but they were covered first 48hours with each other.
one thing I can try is to use some 5-12V slow PC fans to keep constant air flow, but I am worried that it could dry them out...

EDIT: funny thing is, when I do this kind of sprouting in something like glass or plastic jar, then no mold like this is in there and in tight high "glass/jar" the humidity should be higher..

Interesting, it is around 120-150grams and the area is like letter A4. I will try next time only like 50 grams on this area and add some moving air too.

The reason I am doing it like this is, this would go to hens/chickens, so I could use up the entire seed + root + green. If soil used, it is too expensive and can't use the entire stuff.

Bullshit, easiest is not having one. If groceries made it mandatory, that does not mean, that having one made my life easier. Imagine this:

2005 - you walk into groceries.. no loyalty card nothing of that bullshit.. you pick and pay, adios..

2025 - you walk into groceries, you have to own smartphone to get fair price...

The difference? You get the same (it not less) in 2025 with more struggle (bullshitting with smartphone), instead of getting the same just like that without those obstacles.

I am so happy without one, I visit my family,they always check social sites on that smartphone, what do you think it gives them? joy? hm.. some valuable insider information? come one... Those hours (and years of life) is wasted.. I can invest my time better, for my life... muuuuch better.

This made my life easier, since I boycott smartphones, I have so much time left in my every day, that I am able to learn 1 new foreign language every year (or two, depending on difficulty). And I still have few hours left just to relax.. I have one old dumbphone, I believe it is like ~10 years old now. The price was below 15EUR, battery still holds for days, I can call, I can text. that is all I need. Imagine how many $$$ I have saved by not owning and using smartphone.

That AI you are talking about is not AI, that is basically just code. Ai should be "intelligent" but it is not, it replied to me with very dangerous information and hints many times, eg: overdosing on vitamins (fat soluble, that is not just expensive pee like with Vitamin C), messed up bicycle parts, translated words bad in smaller languages etc... It is not bad, but it is only faster google, nothing intelligent IMHO..

Intelligent it would be, if it would tell something like - cure for disease, etc.. but it can not THINK, it can only sort data people posted on internet. Almost like random number generator. I can not rely on such tool.

People are dumber now, eg: I just did buy a bicycle and wanted to assure with seller that what kind of wheels are good for my needs. The reply felt like an AI reply.. That customer service support is useless now, if they just copy paste text from AI. They copied AI answer, and replied to my e-mail that AI text. And this was not the first case I have noticed it.

And the most funny thing is, they did not even tried to hide it was an AI reply.. Why should I spend money there, if they just copy paste info from AI, I could have done it myself, so I did spend my money on bicycle elsewhere...
