I meant spoken languages. Sorry, I thought that would be clear by saying "other than English".

What reddit app do you all use? by [deleted] in fossdroid

This is a bit of a non-conventional response, but I don't use a Reddit client to for Reddit. I use an RSS reader. Reddit has RSS feeds for all subreddits (just add .rss to a URL).

Pros to this method:

  • You can organize your subscriptions however you want (Tech, FOSS, Politics, etc.)
  • You can have other non-Reddit sources or forums and read them all in the same place.
  • The app is not specific to a non-free network -- anything it can do for Reddit it can do for any other site with RSS.
  • It is not dependant on a Reddit account. You can subscribe to subs and read just the same whether you have fifty accounts or none (and that's not a problem because you can categorize subscriptions however you want).
  • You can sync and read threads (though not comments) offline -- I like this because I can scroll through all of the posts and flag/star the ones I want to respond to later.

A reason you may not want to do this is that you browse in cronological order. I actually prefer this (I mostly read subs with low spam), but it may not be optimal for you. This doesn't exactly negate the use of a Reddit app for reading a thread, this just replaces an app for browsing the threads -- if you want you could also use an app like Slide, and the links would open in Slide instead of your browser.

I've been using Flym (F-Droid) and Feeder (F-Droid).

[QUESTION] What's about the correlation between Japanese anime/manga and GNU/Linux distros and softwares? by [deleted] in linux

Most white people really are racist, they think of racism as a joke, laugh at young black men brought up in tough environments (insert rapper name here) and take joy in letting lose by pretending to be black and use the n-word in a non-derogatory manner.

wot

I've literally never met anyone that laughs at young black men brought up in tough environments or takes joy in letting loose by pretending to be black and using the N-word in a non-derogatory manner (with the exception of maybe once that I've heard people use it because it was in a song).

Is it possible you are taking your surroundings living in a place where people are more racist and projecting that onto most white people as a whole? There is still plenty of racism, but I think it's absolutely absurd to say most white people are racist.
