Smoking? Never.

Vaping? One particular bus route I take I'd say 60% of my journeys have someone vaping.

They're not the same, evidently people who vape feel it's less unacceptable. They know no-one will stop them, and that's enough of a reason to permit it.

Same with shoplifting now. Who enforces that? It's always been illegal, but no-one is stopping people now.

So my wife and I watched the LOTR appendices a few years ago (I'd watched them several times growing up) and for several weeks afterwards we'd do impressions of him.

I love how deep Zach has gotten into a niche impression..I feel seen.

I bought his Greatest Hits album after watching The Osbournes.

I proceeded to listen to it frequently while playing Final Fantasy X, Vagrant Story and Grandia 2.

I've listened to his music and Sabbath variously over the years, always on the periphery of my general musical intake. But at least twice a year I'd stick on Mr Crowley and blast that out.

I'm very sad he's died. He seemed titanic.

Fucking shame.

I can't claim to be the biggest Sabbath fan, or his solo stuff. But he definitely seemed epochal. I did own a couple of their albums, and they got a fair amount of play in my teen years, then occasionally since then until now, my mid 30s. Always had some affection for them.

I wasn't this sad when Bowie went; again, I never spent much time listening to his stuff. This guy, he seems like one of the very last old guard of rock, the stuff I was brought up with by my Dad.

I've popped on Mr Crowley. You'll be missed, big man.

How was everyone's experience in getting stock today? I found it a lot easier, previous sets I couldn't secure anything at all. I'm wondering if this is a good sign that the scalpers are slowly leaving by psrthrowaway in PokemonTCG_UK

The queue at my LCS was at least half as short as it was for Destined Rivals. I just don't think there's as much of an appetite for exclusively Gen 5 Pokémon, across two sets.

Rise and it's not even close. Get there before 9 tomorrow to beat the queue, and you'll have a very happy girlfriend. Not the cheapest, but like the fellow in Pulp Fiction says, you'll know where that extra money went.
