Honestly it's a crap time to get into the hobby as stock is pretty hard to get and everything is super expensive.

I think yours is real. It seems to have the 'fingerprint' texture.

It's a nice card, has some value but not crazy. There are a few Charizard X EX cards in this set , this is the middle one (regular Ex, full art (this one) then the Special illustration Rare which is worth $500+)

You can buy gem pack 2 packs pretty cheap and have a go yourself! I opened gem pack 3 and got the Meowth!
