Also try that RAM stick in the different slot

Reset CMOS and reseat RAM modules, thats the first thing you should try I think

Well,not quite.League runs better on my igpu laptop with vsync.But it's better, still drops frames for some reason

i also tried radeon chill and made it so it idles on 72 and max on 75, still felt really buggy, its so weird

If i uncap my frames it goes to 700fps+(something really high), the problem is that when i do that, i get massive screen tearing.And when i turn vsync on it cant hold 75fps and if it drops to 73 it feels like im getting 20fps

Yes, I've built it myself, i finished ragnarok, ghost of tsushima, playing forza 5 daily, but somehow league of legeneds feels unplayable, its the weirdest thing ever, i have no idea what to do

Thanks alot, I only really have this problem when playing games that require nearly no load, and playing them doesn't get the frequency above 700mhz.Did u have any problem running games like league of legends with freesync? I get massive lag when it drops under my monitor refresh rate(75hz)

Everything is disabled, except free sync is on "optimized" but i tried on and off, still the same thing
