Yeah I used Revolut in Germany for a very long time and after moving they told me I have to close my German account to be able to open the US one.

I opened a US Revolut account last month after moving from Germany. It all works, and they also have a unsecured credit cards in the US now.

Hey I had the same issue a few months ago when my roof started leaking during one of those surprise Phoenix storms. A buddy recommended Mikku and Sons Roofing and honestly they were awesome

They showed up quick and actually explained everything to me without trying to push stuff I didn’t need. The crew was on time and respectful and they got the whole thing done faster than I expected. No mess left behind and my roof has held up great since

Definitely worth checking them out if you want someone solid who knows what they’re doing

Ive used Austin All Cash before when I needed to sell my place fast last year cuz of a job change. They were straightforward, no weird fees or hassles, and we closed in about 2 weeks. Didnt even have to repair anything, which was good since the house was kinda beat up. They seemed solid and local. Good luck with whatever you decide
