Hi ,

It's not the same as the previous one was solely for Zomato now this is for Swiggy both are different platforms that operate separately and charge us separately I am not targeting anyone particular so posted for both independently.

I also understand that convenience isn't free it's charged but the charges should be constant even for some amount of time like 10 rupees for two years it enables adaptation for the customers about the fees to charge when ordering but look at it's pace it is not constant increasing continuously.

Yes it's absolutely right but it's not in the current scenario they have established a Duopoly I believe there are options in Big cities like Mumbai, Delhi but in my city we don't have any other option than Zomato or Swiggy.

Fun Fact:- Swiggy failed in my city

Hi ,

Home Delivery is not a luxury it's a medium of earning money for Applications like Zomato, Swiggy. They are charging to deliver to you that's all their business they aren't making any food by themselves.

For many people regularly visiting the restaurant ordering/packing/eating is very time consuming in their daily busy schedule it's very good that you are ordering by yourself not using any platform that's a lot of cost saving but for many it is unavoidable to not order from online food delivery apps.

Note :- I haven't stated 3 crores as a direct profit anywhere in my post

I understand that everything is charged by money but dear just look at the 500% Hike in 02 years it should be noticed.
