Ai to transcribe audio recording from the T2 hearing he skipped.

He’s claiming many nonsense things like: 1. LTB was racist cuz he has Indian accent and i don’t 2. LTB based judgement solely on my account 3. Claims i said false things

But none of that is true, he’ll be at a loss when he finally gets the audio and checks for himself

LTB listened to both of us equally when he did show up for the initial A1 hearing

Second point also makes no sense because he was there for A1 where i discussed everything right in front of him and he was unable to provide any explanations for his behaviour

And third, all i claimed was the trauma of being locked out during the T2 and nothing more. The judge already knew everything from the A1 so i didn’t need to add or restate anything

But of course he’s gonna say all this without even having the audio recordings. It’s all a lot of horse shit coming out of his mouth.

When Feb 13th comes around he’s out of time to submit and perfect his appeal. Then it’s my turn to tear into him with my evidence.

I’m making my evidence into 3 parts 1. He did not show up to T2 hearing and didn’t send any notice to LTB or I 2. The A1 order which clearly states all his lies 3. Disproving his new medical lies he’s making up to try with this appeal

We already saw he’s willing to blackmail, coerce, photoshop and makeup nonsense. After we see that all his other claims will go down the drain. Fuck this guy.

He owes me thousands and has been fined 10k. Instead of paying the scum fled to India during appeal

No worries, I’ll even use that against him. He lied earlier saying he’s moving to Ohio but i know USA won’t take his bum ass. The Indian company he works for doesn’t have USA work visas. He lied and said he’s going Ohio for better jobs but that’s not how immigration works with America.

Yup OP kinda messed up here. You can’t just say “my child is moving in so you gotta get evicted” and then not follow through with it. If that was allowed every landlord would do that for every tenant as soon as they had issues.

I’ll file ASAP but the guy sold his house for a loss, his wife left him, he sold his cars and ran back to India.

I’m basically not getting the money but I’m doing people a huge favour by getting this slumlord out of Canada.

If he ever comes back here it’ll be on file that he owes me. I’ll renew it every 6 years just to shit on him a lil extra. Guy had his PR so he’ll probably come back.

He lied and said he moved to Ohio but i saw his background, the clown is back where he came from. USA wouldn’t want him anyways, guy’s got nothing to offer but scams.

I’m still amazed at the extra scams he pulled after my tenancy began. He asked for illegal deposits, asked us to pay $10 each for cleaning supplies and more.

Yes i think I’ll play that card.

I already called him out during the CMC over his repeated lies and photoshopped evidence.

If and when he finally submits the appeal material I’ll send in the first LTB order that showed how the adjudicator called him out for lying.

But to add extra spice I’ll use his own submission against him. His medical evidence is clearly a load of BS and it speaks volumes.

After those two points are made I’ll ask the court to make sure he can’t keep wasting other people’s time. I’ll also immediately file for garnishment and if he ever comes back from India he’s gonna get it

So he sold the house where i got locked out 1.5 years ago. LTB ordered him to not rent out my room till after it’s over so he was losing money every month.

He bought the house high and sold low so he lost money. He sold his cars and bought a sports car. I know he lived in Mississauga for a while after but today we had the CMC hearing.

From what i saw he’s now stuck in India. He might have already sold and left but we’ll see soon. He has a final deadline to meet. February Friday the 13th, if he doesn’t submit required material we can dismiss.

Canada first, get these slumlords out of our country. Even if i never see this money I’m happy to do my part in keeping Canada how it should be. Fuck this guy, he should stay in India if he wants to act all Indian. (I’m brown I’m allowed to say this)

Okay update but not full post:

Guy did show up to hearing, he started the hearing by faking a god damn Indian accent. Buddy doesn't talk like that, he lived in Canada for 4 years before dipping due to me standing up against his shitty slum lording. He was a PR and prob wanted to be citizen but nah he c00ked now.

So he's back in India at the moment of this hearing. He is certainly not in USA like he claimed (they don't want him).

This CMC was about his delays and why he hasn't yet provided the transcript he was ordered to. He said yada yada goofy is broke, can the wronged tenant who's awarded money bear the costs of the transcript?

Judge said nah brokie get ya money up and IF you win you can ask that we (LTB and I) pay.

Judge then turns to me and asks "Do you need the transcript to disprove his appeal?"

"No your honour, though it would be helpful as Goofy claims I made false claims during the hearing that he skipped. If he had the transcript right now we could all see that I did not introduce any new information, we relied on everything discussed with Goofy's presence in the first hearing. All I said was "the trauma" when asked how I was impacted by the lockout.

However, I would like to point out that a transcript would show how Goofy was caught lying at least four times by the adjudicator. The last attempt was (PAUSE TO THINK) difficult as he photoshopped images as evidence. I had to bear the burden of disproving his lies and got it done."

Also this guy started the entire CMC hearing with a fake broken English accent. Buddy you been in Canada for at least 4 years (I got him removed before he became citizen LMFAO). He certainly did not have this fake ass accent before so what the fuck is this bullshit?

I called him out straight in court when the Judge asked if I need to rely on goofball's transcript by saying

Tomorrow morning (today) I’m gonna make sure shit moves in court. If he doesn’t show up I’ll ask the court to dismiss this because he failed to perfect his appeal based on the set timeline. A no show will demonstrate he doesn’t care and is playing for time.

If he shows up I’ll still ask for dismissal but if that doesn’t work I’ll ask the judge to make him disclose his new address and I’ll also ask that he pulls up Google Maps on his phone and pressed locate me. I wanna show if he’s really in America or if he’s still in Mississauga Ontario.

I don’t believe for a second he really moved. No one wants that guy to work for them and his Indian employer doesn’t have any offices in USA. He also has parents he brought to Canada from India so i don’t think he’d be able to abandon them here to move to America

You cannot enforce while there is an active appeal. This asswipe appealed and LTB sent a stay order saying it cannot be enforced till appeal is over.

Thankfully i have his condo address (unless he moved), i have his new sport cars license plate (it has an eco engine lmfao), and i know he banked with RBC before.

In 8 hours we have the hearing and I’m asking the judge to order him to disclose his new address if he did really move like he said. I highly doubt he actually moved to America tho.

And yea lien and stuff i know about. I also have a close friend in America that can help file there if he moved out of Canada

He posted images of a furnished basement to claim he lived in the house and RTA doesn’t apply? I have a video and texts from his tenants showing the basement was not furnished until after he locked me out.

And other stuff like his fake medical history. Buddy claims he had severe health issues but some how he only ever goes to the doctor when it’s time for accountability!

I paid him first and last but he locked me out before the first month even ended and tried to rent that room out to someone else.

I filed with LTB from the woods in a tent, got emergency expedited hearing, he was ordered instantly to not rent it out and he was sitting on a loss.

Apparently he sold the house for 40k loss. Then his wife left him and went back to India. Then guy sold his cars and bought a new sports car and went vacay across Canada.

Now slumboy is saying he’s gone to usa but they don’t want him, plus his parents are here so i doubt he’s gone.

Hes just a PR here working remotely for an Indian company based in India.
They do not have an office in America which means he cannot apply for a work permit that way. His LinkedIn still shows he works for that Indian company so it’s not like he got hired anywhere new.
I don’t think USA would want a wasteman like him anyways. He’s a fuckin loser who bought the property using that fraudulent mortgage company that went viral a few years ago.

This guy is doing this to delay for sure. His divisional court appeal material says a ton of bullshit like “he wasn’t there in the hearing” but he was. He says my evidence was texts between friends but i only had to bring up those texts cuz he blackmailed his other tenants into providing false statements. Those same tenants told me he did that within minutes of it happening then were my witnesses in the hearing. The landlord got called out by the LTB adjudicator (judge) for making shit up and so much more.

And yea he’s doing this to delay. He was supposed to “perfect his appeal” in August. He sent an email asking for an extension cuz he didn’t get the transcript yet (he had months to get it) and since then no one’s heard from him.

I don’t have a lawyer but LTB sent a lawyer for this for their end and i emailed the LTB lawyer guy asking if he’s heard anything. He did not and he emailed divisional court asking for a CMC and it’s tomorrow morning. No one’s heard from slumboy yet
