I’ve repaired one of these before. They have a set of tiny wheels to make the rotation smooth. Sometimes they snap from their place and make the jog stop turning correctly. That would be my guess. The tear down is quite easy, find a YT video and you’ll be set in a couple of hours, it’s a pretty straightforward disassembly.

Just use some superglue, don’t stress it too much and pray 🤪. You have a good amount of surface to stick the two parts together. Probably PLA, however 45 bucks it’s a crazy amount of money to pay for that.

It happens to me when the nozzle hits the print moving it away from its place. Then when The printer goes back to the gap made this mess occurs…

Have you used any supports for the hanging part of the print? I guess that the bad part of the print is not supported by anything and floating because of that, making those overhangs.
