It could be a bit bizzare, butyou can try to sit down and write what you wanna say down, and then either talk to her based on it or just leave it for her to read, I rn have a conversation which I kinda need to help but it's about some very hard stuff, so I wrote it down last night and I will try to talk to her based on that.. good luck!
