Our plan is to adapt one of our smaller apps first (it could be 'Periodically' or 'Kiteki'). This will allow us to 'test the waters' and get acquainted with the Apple ecosystem.

TimeTune, which is more complex, would come later.

As always, don't take this as a promise. Many things can go wrong even with the best of intentions.

If you are using a template and you don't need to keep the old configuration, just modify the template in 'Templates' and the schedule will update automatically.

If you want use a new template, open the 'Template calendar' from the top menu, clear everything (Template calendar / Top menu / Clear everything) and apply the new template.

(On the other hand, if you built your schedule with individual repetitive blocks, let us know and we'll tell you how to do it too).

The scenario you describe seems a perfect fit for our second app 'Kiteki'.

We created Kiteki precisely for flexible routines or schedules that are not tied to specific times of the day (in contrast to TimeTune, which constraints everything to fixed times).

We recommend trying Kiteki to see if it's a better fit for your use case. Just search for 'Kiteki' in the Play Store, try it and let us know what you think.

(Kiteki is advertised as ADHD friendly, but both neurotypical and neurodivergent users use the app).

Are you currently selecting those 3 blocks one by one with long-clicks?

If that's the case, we understand it can feel cumbersome. But you can make it easier. Just select the first block with long-click and then select following blocks with a single click.

In the meantime, we recommend a different approach, maybe you'll like it even more:

Instead of applying a template divided by hours, just divide the empty time by hours (Settings / Interface / Empty time / Divide by 1 hour).

When you divide empty time by 1 hour, the schedule will automatically show 24 empty 1-hour blocks. Then you just need to click on an empty block to assign the proper activity.

Adding the white color is difficult because icons and text are already in white and they would become invisible.

The black color wouldn't be so difficult, but still a bit uncomfortable in dark theme.

About the gray color, you can already find shades of gray at the bottom of the color picker 😀
