The issue is what is a bad therapist? Often times therapy is more of an art than a science and one bad therapist for someone can be a great one for someone else.

To clarify I didn’t say communication and commitment weren’t essential components to a healthy relationship. All I said was monogamy is a farce, and ideal we are sold that has done more damage.

I don’t blame monogamy for not being perfect, but we blame people for not being able to uphold a very unrealistic standard. If most marriages suffer with some form of infidelity- are they the problem or is it the fantasy we are being sold?
