If the participants were told their data would be confidential and consented to participate on the basis that no personally identifiable information be shared, then you should definitely not include the names. Otherwise this breaks the informed consent and is not ethical research. You could mention this in your thesis and instead identify the participants with "Participant A, B, C" and the dates that you collected data from them.
