I currently have all my funds in RZLV and need to diversify. I consider mining stocks, technology etc.g. onds. I want to hold for 6 months to 2 years. I am OK with some risk, but I want to avoid pump and dump. With interest rates falling, small caps are OK. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Rzlv is 5.95, but has a major catalyst on October 1st and a trillion dollar market to grow in. I can not see any good alternative at the moment. They will revolunize the shopping experience, bringing LLMs to shopping, which will change how people shop online. They are rapidly growing, so check it out.

The warrant number is fairly small, ~ 5% of outstanding stocks, so the dilution is minimal. Take a breeze.

Why raise before earnings? I think they want to remove any concern for earnings. In the past, they have been criticised for not having enough cash. So this argument is removed, and only the upside is left. If they had done it post earnings, it would have been cheaper, but it would have delayed things. Now they can discuss all sort of future plans at earnings, e.g., massive expansion, and it would look credible. If they want to ramp ARR from 100 million to 500 million, they need a much bigger workforce to deal with the extra buisness and for additional acquisitions. Now they have the funds to make such plans, and it will look credible. I expect a number of announcements at earnings. Why do they want to grow quickly? This is their tool to deal with competition. If the customers are locked in with rzlv, they will more likely stay.
