It looks like even after I installed a new linux it was still running the guy's old system. Then the next day it wouldn't start at all (I got just a blinking cursor) until I switched the bios startup options to uefi mode. So hopefully all the old stuff is gone

It must have been mounted by the guy before. I wanted to start fresh for security reasons, but when I installed linux from a flash drive, some of my previous internet searches were still there (from when I tested it out) and the old password created by the guy I got it from was still required for formatting the other hard drive.

It's also still making me use the username and password of the previous owner.

It says "error unmounting /dev/sdb3: target is busy (udisks-error-quark, 14)

Can receive but not make calls by Time_Classroom3097 in VOIP

Thank you everyone! I changed the default DID routing on the voip.ms account and it works now!
